Imagine a 150 year old farmhouse sitting in three acres of its own grounds, in a beautiful trout streamed wooded valley, surrounded by some of the loveliest lanes and properties in the secret, totally unspoiled upper parish of St Saviours. Idyllic, that's where you'll find us...

We feel our guests should be able to relax completely whilst staying at Auberge du Val. Within the grounds we have created the perfect environment in which to do so; our Health Suite, incorporating sauna, solarium and spa pool.

All our accommodation is en suite and centrally heated. The rooms are attractively furnished and have colour television, direct dial telephones, tea and coffee making facilities. We can even offer our guests the unique experience of a waterbed suite!

We are lucky to have some of the finest ingredients on our doorstep - Guernsey is renowned for its seafood: lobsters, crab, scallops, bass and turbot. Our own gardens supplement the local supplies of fresh vegetables and herbs.
It is our intention to let the fresh taste of these ingredients shine through and we pride ourselves on the quality of our food.

Our popular 3 course set menu lunch served from Tuesday to Saturday 12.00 noon to 2.00 p.m. is only Ł8.95
Dinner our usual à la carte from 7.00 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. Sunday lunch with roast from the special black board 12.00 noon to 2.00 p.m.
Fernando and our new restaurant team wait to welcome you, but please remember the restaurant is closed Sunday evening and Mondays all day to give our hard working staff a rest!
